Grievance Redressal Cell

At Techno International Batanagar (TIB), the Grievance Redressal Cell has been established to provide a platform for students, faculty, and staff to voice their concerns, complaints, and grievances in a fair and transparent manner. The cell ensures that issues are addressed promptly, impartially, and effectively to maintain a harmonious academic and work environment.

Objectives:

  • To uphold the dignity of the institution by promoting a responsive and accountable attitude among all stakeholders.
  • To create a structured mechanism for students, faculty, and staff to seek redressal for their grievances.
  • To ensure that complaints are resolved in a confidential, transparent, and timely manner.

Scope of the Cell:

  • Academic-related grievances.
  • Administrative issues.
  • Infrastructure-related complaints.
  • Behavioral or disciplinary concerns.
  • Any other matter affecting the students, faculty, or staff.

Procedure for Filing a Grievance:

  1. Submit the grievance in writing to the Grievance Redressal Cell via the official email or grievance submission portal.
  2. Grievances must include specific details and supporting documents (if any) for effective resolution.
  3. The cell will review and investigate the grievance impartially.
  4. A resolution will be communicated to the concerned individual(s) within a stipulated time frame.
