Grievance Redressal Cell
At Techno International Batanagar (TIB), the Grievance Redressal Cell has been established to provide a platform for students, faculty, and staff to voice their concerns, complaints, and grievances in a fair and transparent manner. The cell ensures that issues are addressed promptly, impartially, and effectively to maintain a harmonious academic and work environment.
Objectives:
- To uphold the dignity of the institution by promoting a responsive and accountable attitude among all stakeholders.
- To create a structured mechanism for students, faculty, and staff to seek redressal for their grievances.
- To ensure that complaints are resolved in a confidential, transparent, and timely manner.
Scope of the Cell:
- Academic-related grievances.
- Administrative issues.
- Infrastructure-related complaints.
- Behavioral or disciplinary concerns.
- Any other matter affecting the students, faculty, or staff.
Procedure for Filing a Grievance:
- Submit the grievance in writing to the Grievance Redressal Cell via the official email or grievance submission portal.
- Grievances must include specific details and supporting documents (if any) for effective resolution.
- The cell will review and investigate the grievance impartially.
- A resolution will be communicated to the concerned individual(s) within a stipulated time frame.
