Grievance Redressal Cell<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

At Techno International Batanagar (TIB)<\/strong>, the Grievance Redressal Cell<\/strong> has been established to provide a platform for students, faculty, and staff to voice their concerns, complaints, and grievances in a fair and transparent manner. The cell ensures that issues are addressed promptly, impartially, and effectively to maintain a harmonious academic and work environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Objectives:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • To uphold the dignity of the institution by promoting a responsive and accountable attitude among all stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • To create a structured mechanism for students, faculty, and staff to seek redressal for their grievances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • To ensure that complaints are resolved in a confidential, transparent, and timely manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Scope of the Cell:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Academic-related grievances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Administrative issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Infrastructure-related complaints.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Behavioral or disciplinary concerns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Any other matter affecting the students, faculty, or staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Procedure for Filing a Grievance:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      1. Submit the grievance in writing to the Grievance Redressal Cell via the official email or grievance submission portal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Grievances must include specific details and supporting documents (if any) for effective resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. The cell will review and investigate the grievance impartially.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. A resolution will be communicated to the concerned individual(s) within a stipulated time frame.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
