Library Timings<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The library is open from 10:00 on all working days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Issue and return of books are allowed during designated hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. General Conduct<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Silence must be maintained inside the library at all times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eating, drinking, or any form of littering is not allowed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Library furniture, books, and resources should be handled with care.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Membership and Access<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Library access is granted only to registered students, faculty, and staff of MSIT.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A valid library card or ID must be presented for borrowing books and accessing resources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Library cards are non-transferable; misuse may lead to suspension of privileges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
