The Training & Placement Cell (T&P) at TIB, Kolkata actively works to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements, ensuring students are job-ready before graduation. \u2705 Soft-Skill Training \u2013 Grooming students in communication, leadership, and corporate etiquette.
\u2705 Placement-Specific Training \u2013 Final-year students receive technical & aptitude training to enhance employability.
\u2705 Pre-Placement Training for 3rd Year Students \u2013 Includes aptitude, soft-skills, mock technical, and HR interviews.
\u2705 Value-Added Domain Knowledge Training for All Batches \u2013 Conducted every semester based on industry needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • The TPO (Training & Placement Officer) actively visits companies in key locations<\/strong> (e.g., Hyderabad & Chennai) to explore new employment opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
