Decision-Making<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Governing Body and Founders oversee the club\u2019s decisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any changes, modifications, or suggestions require approval from the discretionary authorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Advisory Committee consists of final-year (4th-year) students.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Eco-Cultural Core Committee includes faculty members, the governing body, and the Executive Student Committee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd39 Organizational Structure &amp; Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The President, Core Team, and Governing Body have the power to appoint or replace departmental heads in unforeseen circumstances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Ecological Division manages environment-related initiatives, ensuring the campus remains clean and green.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Public Relations (PR) Head &amp; Cultural Coordinators oversee meetings and forums.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>College Representatives coordinate student participation in external inter-college fests &amp; events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Departmental Heads are responsible for coordinating participants, planning events, and managing teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The entire club supports ecological events, working together to set benchmarks for impactful initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udea8 Code of Conduct &amp; Guidelines<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udeab Strict Action Against Misconduct \u2013 Any misbehavior during events, forums, or participations will lead to disciplinary action by the Core Committee.<br>\ud83d\udce2 Mandatory Attendance \u2013 Departmental heads and representatives must attend meetings and events or inform the College Representative in advance if unavailable.<br>\ud83c\udfad Cultural Event Management \u2013 The Secretary &amp;
